Hello! My name is Adashia Franklyn and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management, which is within the NEAG School of Education at the University of Connecticut. In May 2018, I graduated with dual bachelor's degrees in Sports Marketing and Communications Studies. Currently, since August 2018, I have been a graduate assistant for the UConn Women's Basketball team. Since June of 2016, I have worked as a coach/mentor for the Black Women in Sport Foundation, teaching non-traditional sports to underprivileged youth. Since July 2018, I have been their social media coordinator, handling their Instagram and SnapChat accounts.
